Chris Jordan maakt kunst door een sociaal/economisch/ecologisch probleem met cijfers uit te beelden.
Zo bv: een beeld van twee borsten gemaakt met 32.000 barbies:
“Depicts 32,000 Barbies, equal to the number of elective breast augmentation surgeries performed monthly in the US in 2006.”
De Microsoft Seadragon technologie maakt superfast zooming mogeljk. Must see om de schaal van zijn werk te begrijpen.
